Responsibilities:
- Serve as the front desk point of contact for all visitors and clients
- Assist with human resources tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records, and processing WC issues.
- Support event planning and coordination for company events
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings for executives and team members
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and emails
- Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and supplies
Experience:
- Proven experience in an office administration role
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and experience using QuickBooks is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
