Full TIme Office Manager Needs for a High End Dental Office
4-5 day work week
Salary will be discussed during the interview
Office Manager Duties
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries
- Provide administrative support to staff, including data entry and
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Handle billing and insurance-related tasks, including verifying coverage and collecting payments
-Treatment planning
-handling accounts payable and receivable

Office Manager Requirements
- 2 years experience as an Office Manager in a dentist office is required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
