Position: Dynamic Office Manager

Location: Vibrant Manhattan, NY

Key Responsibilities:

• Exemplify extraordinary customer service and set the standard for the team
• Oversee and drive the achievement of production and collection targets for the Dental office
• Apply robust financial arrangement techniques to assist patients in overcoming treatment affordability barriers
• Develop and implement office protocols and procedures to streamline workflow, foster a team environment, and ensure patient satisfaction
• Ensure treatment plans are professionally and correctly presented by doctors, continuously improving dental knowledge to enhance case presentation
• Communicate tactfully and diplomatically with patients regarding outstanding balances via phone calls and letters
• Handle routine matters such as time off, schedule changes, policy updates, and special projects
• Manage relationships with insurance carriers
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll submissions to the payroll company

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a dental office and insurance handling is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• A high degree of professionalism, strong moral standards, and a self-driven work ethic
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with colleagues and patients
• A motivated personality with a drive to excel in your profession and deliver exceptional care for our patients
