Job Overview:
Law firm seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, managing schedules, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management abilities, and experience in office management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and events
- Maintain calendars for staff members and executives
- Supervise and guide administrative staff
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate parties
- Assist with document preparation, filing, and record keeping
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of office supplies
- Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and repairs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in office management or a similar role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software (Google Workspace, MS Word, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with phone systems and handling incoming calls
- Knowledge of law office management is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels of the organization
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
