Job Description Summary
The Program Coordinator has a wide range of duties and is responsible for supporting ImpactED's research and evaluation projects, training programs, and overall operations. Primary responsibilities include coordinating data collection, conducting analysis and report writing, monitoring program and session quality, and supporting operational and grant reporting efforts. The Program Coordinator works collaboratively with ImpactED staff and graduate fellows to carry out position responsibilities.
ImpactED takes a collaborative and team-oriented approach to our work. All staff are involved in organizational strategic planning efforts. As a core team member, the Program Coordinator will co-create annual strategic objectives for the organization.
We also work to understand team members' needs and priorities for work-life integration and value flexibility in how work gets done. ImpactED offers flexible work hours and supports creative approaches for completing work while promoting balance between work and personal commitments. These approaches involve use of non-traditional work hours and locations.
This is a one-year term appointment.

Based in the University of Pennsylvania's College of Liberal and Professional Studies, ImpactED is an evaluation and training center that equips social and public sector organizations with critical skills and data to accelerate social change.

DUTIES:
Research & Evaluation
Coordinate logistics for data collection activities on external evaluation projects (e.g., focus group and interview recruitment, programming and administering surveys in Qualtrics)
Analyze qualitative and quantitative data from interviews and focus groups on external evaluation projects
Oversee internal evaluation efforts for training programs and events (e.g., uploading data to PowerBI, drafting post session memos to reflect learnings)
Program Management
Manage all program communication and materials on course sites
Support training logistics for virtual events
Support grant management and reporting efforts
Strategy, Marketing & Operations
Support with the training and development of ImpactED Fellows
Support with content development for ImpactED social media
Participate in regular data debriefs and after-action reviews
Collaborate with the team to develop and implement annual strategy objectives
QUALIFICATIONS:
A bachelor's degree and 2 to 3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience are required. A Master's degree in public administration is preferred
Proven time management and organizational skills, with the ability to deftly mange shifting priorities
Exceptional written communication skills
Ability to work independently and also as a member of a collaborative team, communicating effectively and proactively about deadlines and needed support
Ability to learn and become proficient in online databases and platforms (e.g., Google suite, Qualtrics, PowerBI, Salesforce)
Familiarity with ImpactED's work in the community
Articulated passion for working with mission-driven organizations
Commitment to inquiry, reflective practice, and continuous improvement
Desire to work with and learn from diverse stakeholders
Ability to accept feedback and engage in candid and honest conversations

Start Date:
Anticipated start date is July 2022. This is a one-year term appointment.
Targeted Pay Range: $44,000 - $57,000.
This Targeted Pay Range is only applicable to this job posting. All salary offers are made based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and education as they directly relate to the requirements of the position, as well as internal and market factors and grade profile.
