Job Description Summary
Seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide administrative and other programmatic support to managers, employees, students and office visitors by handling a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in order to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive. The ability to multi-task and manage administrative support, is essential in this position. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position.
Job Description
Responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate client payments, requests, and answer questions via phone or email correspondence
  • Assist with daily deposit reconciliation
  • Process grant charges on client and research invoices
  • In house client census updates
  • Ad hoc reporting at hospital or service level based on specific requests
  • Month-end close processes and reporting
Qualifications:
Administrative Assistant A- H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Administrative Assistant B- H.S. Diploma or GED Required, with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, simultaneously, desire to provide excellent customer service to clients, proper phone etiquette, basic math skills, ability to understand and implement basic accounting concepts are required. Ability to identify process inefficiencies and help find solutions is preferred.
Hours: Monday through Friday, , flexible hours ranging from 7:00 to 4:30pm.
