**Job Summary:** We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support and ensure efficient operation of a real estate and property management office. **Responsibilities:** - Perform administrative duties, including answering and directing phone calls. Doing research for various information and new processes.- Assist in organizing and maintaining files and records. - Prepare documents, reports, and contracts - Provide customer support and respond to inquiries. - Assist with real estate administrative tasks if needed. - Utilize multiple platforms for research and tracking additional items. **Experience:** - Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role. - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. - Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail. - Experience in a real estate office or property management is a plus.
