Company DescriptionPharmaceutical Job DescriptionExecutive Personnel Services, Inc. is looking for an Administrative Assistant with experience working in the Pharmaceutical industry. The ideal candidate will support the team Director while launching a new product. Routine duties include:Setting up meetings, scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar and proactive email management for the entire teamArrange meetings, events and conferencing (telephone and video) involving groups of people indifferent locations and organizations, ensuring that all-admin details are consideredResponsible for international and domestic travel arrangements as necessary; prepare itineraries, and transportation arrangementsOther Requirements: Exercise judgment and act independently while handling admin details for a variety of matters on the launch team including communication with other departments, outside companies, consultants, vendors, and internal senior managersPrepare/collate presentations, correspondence and reports for the teamPrioritize work to meet teams needs, exercising initiatives and judgment in making decisions.Prior experience with Pharmaceutical Company (Preferably GSK)Additional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
