Position Summary:
Cohen Seglias has an opening for a Litigation Administrative Assistant in our Philadelphia Office. The Administrative Assistant works directly with assigned attorneys providing administrative support while facilitating the timely completion and accuracy of the attorney’s needs. Works as part of a team to coordinate and cooperate with secretarial administrator regarding overflow and back up duties. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of extensive litigation experience within a law firm, strong technical skills and significant e-filing experience in state and federal courts.
