Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a great Inside Sales Representative for one of our large companies!

Monday-Friday - 6:30am-3:00pm

Pay: $20 commission while on assignment-pay bump to $21 after hired on

Position Structure/Concept:

As a Inside Sales Representative, you will understand and perform duties specific to meeting goals and objectives as set by Sales Management. The main focus of this position is to be a product/sales consultant to both existing and potential customers. Listen to and assess the needs of each customer. Quickly provide appropriate product as the solution to the customers needs. Each individual is responsible for retaining extensive current knowledge of the product line, pricing and policies and shall use this information to provide the highest level of sales and service to customers.

Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Drive sales through outbound prospecting.
  2. Daily sales presentations, quick assessment of customers account history and specific needs.
  3. Follow department standards and best practices to complete sales call and close sales.
  4. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process orders.
  5. Utilize information from campaign lists to build a strategy on how to properly penetrate the assigned markets.
  6. Maintain a high retention rate for sales.
  7. Provide support & training for national accounts as needed.
  8. Properly document and use key information in call tracking/call management systems.
  9. Expected to make 45-50 calls per day and 2.5 hours of phone time
  10. Work well with other departments.
  11. Work under the direction of manager and department lead in accordance with department and/or company time lines, priorities, programs, objectives.
  12. Strong knowledge of product, pricing and policies.
  13. Help create product awareness in the automotive market.
  14. Must be comfortable cold calling

Other

  • Work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Maintain work, station in the most professional manner to include organized electronic files, folders, price lists and other supplies necessary to conduct business.
  • Possess excellent time management principles and personal organization skills.
  • Emphasize positive team building concepts among all departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Experience/Education Requirements:

  • Some college preferred but not required. 2-3 years experience in sales, preferably inside sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven working knowledge of personal computers
  • Confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed
