We’re looking for an inside sales associate who will bring enthusiasm, personal drive, and great communication skills to our team. As an inside sales associate, you’ll be responsible for communication with existing business customers. You’ll maintain relationships with these customers while taking their orders, upselling and informing them of our entire line of products, and resolving any problems or service inquiries. The inside sales associate will also be responsible for processing customer orders in our computer system, processing customer payments, and reporting sales and service figures to the management team. Our team frequently collaborates on sales and marketing promotions and strategies using information gathered from customers and industry professionals. The inside sales associates are an important part of communication and company understanding of customer needs.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit. The employee frequently is required to walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand. The employee must occasionally lift or move objects up to 20 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision and ability to focus.
Position Type / Expected Hours of Work:
This is a full-time position. Days and hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM.
Travel:
Up to 5% of domestic and global travel is anticipated for this position. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary.
