Job Description

We are seeking Administrative Assistants for an established company in the greater Pasadena area.

Fully Onsite

$18-$23 an hour

• Answering and directing phone calls, emails, and mail correspondence
• Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate area or person
• Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging meetings
• Preparing reports, presentations, and documents using various software tools such as Microsoft Office
• Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed
• Maintaining and organizing files and records
• Handling travel arrangements and reservations for staff members
• Providing administrative support to other departments as needed
• Coordinating and organizing events and meetings
• Processing and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
• Handling customer service inquiries and complaints
• Performing general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents
• Managing petty cash and other financial transactions
