Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for inbound callers and answer questions about their account
• Input information into company database
• Update information about accounts
• Maintain positive and professional demeanor while responding to customer questions and concerns
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed

Qualifications

• At least 1 - 2 years of recent experience working in a customer service position in a call center with similar responsibilities
• Experience communicating effectively and resolving client issues
• Proficiency in computer systems and Microsoft office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of accuracy

Compensation and Hours

• This is an hourly position paying about $17-19/hr depending on experience
• This is an in-person, full time, temp-to-perm position in Baltimore
