Job Description

Position: Account Manager

Location: San Diego, CA

Salary: $64,000 to $70,000 per year with uncapped commission structure

Schedule: Full-time, on-site.

Responsibilities

· Serve as the focal point of contact of assigned client portfolio

· Manage, develop, and expand client relationships

· Negotiate contracts and proposals

· Procure supplies for clients

· Conduct inspections at clients' operation sites

· Proactively solve facility maintenance needs and offer additional services

· Inspect Independent Contractor performance

· Participate in recruitment of Independent Contractors

· Ensure quality control and quality assurance

· Handle customer requests and complaints in a timely manner

Requirements

· 3 years of B2B account management experience

· Facilities services industry experience preferred.

· Bachelor's degree preferred, not required.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Bilingual preferred, not required.
