Position Summary
The Extra Help Program Coordinator in the Department of Medical Education within the College of Medicine will assist the Program Director and Civil Service Program Coordinator in managing administrative duties day-to-day operations for the Patient Safety Leadership (PSL) Master's degree, non degree certificate in graduate programs, professional development courses and other duties as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities

Assists the Program Director and Program Coordinator with administrative activities related to the assigned programs including website maintenance, SEO and editing, Blackboard, creating content for social media and maintaining social media presence.

Assists the PSL faculty with any requests for online course edits, facilitates all requested Zoom sessions and provides IT support within the scope of PSL.

Performs other tasks and assists on special projects as needed per request of Program Director and Program Coordinator.
