Job Title - Sales Development Representative (SDR)

The Position:

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Identify, create, and respond (via phone/email) to unassigned, yet-to-be qualified inbound sales opportunities
  • Qualify interested financial advisors and introduce them to YCharts Account Executives
  • Ensure prospective client comprehension of our sales processes to establish positive client relationships
  • Actively participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Sales training and cold/warm calling experience (highly preferred, with preference given if in fintech or financial services)
  • Experience with the financial advisor community is a plus, but it is not required
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
  • Strong work ethic and professional attitude
  • Grit, determination, and strong attention to details
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Communication, or similar

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $50,000 annually - ($67,500 OTE)
  • This position is also eligible for uncapped commissions.
