Trusted Tech Team is looking for an experiencedClient Account Manager(Cloud Solutions), to join our team. The CAM is responsible for engaging, troubleshooting, and assisting customers on billing matters related to their monthly cloud service subscription. They will also track and monitor all support cases to ensure timely resolutions. As a Gold Microsoft Cloud Solutions Provider, our mission is to help as many existing Microsoft customers as possible reduce their monthly Microsoft 365 licensing costs.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Engage with customers on billing matters related to their monthly cloud service subscriptions.
Tracks and monitors all support cases to ensure timely resolution and follow-up.
Escalates critical client situations to the appropriate level of management and engineering expertise.
Acts in the capacity of Consultant, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, and Account Manager to capture sales and nurture client relationships throughout the lifecycle.
Develops new processes for qualifying prospective customers and streamlining onboarding.
Assists in leading the rapid expansion of our Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) practice.
Identifies appropriate solutions per clients' feature set and budget new live research and presents new avenues of growth for the Microsoft CSP business arm.
MUST-HAVE'S:
High school diploma or GED is required.
3 - 4 years of relevant experience supporting Microsoft Cloud platforms in a client-facing capacity.
Some knowledge of Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance Solutions (Azure, Exchange, and Teams).
Demonstrates the ability to deploy and managecloud infrastructure and platform services.
Experience supporting multiple, simultaneous engagements both internally and externally.
NICE-TO-HAVE'S:
A process-driven individual with excellent customer service skills.
Technically competent with a sense of logic and creative problem-solving abilities who takes initiative.
Billing and administrative experienceare a plus.
High EQ and ability to maintain a professional demeanor with clients.
Outstanding organizational skills and business acumen.
*Licensing knowledge and Microsoft certificationsare a plus.
