Could you be our next Manager, Adaptive Clinical Trial Technologies ? The job is located in the King of Prussia office. This is a hybrid position. You will report to the Director, Adaptive Clinical Trial Technology.

You will be accountable for implementation of new solutions and high visibility studies, building and refining TA specific requirements for ACTT designs, cross training the PMs on new solutions and TA needs and, if aligned with their career goals, may have a direct report or management responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Be a primary contact for clinical trial technology used in project(s), working with the study teams and vendor project leadership to achieve study goals.
• Will focus on 3-4 studies that are either involving new ACTT solutions and complex and high visibility programs
• You will also be contact/ACTT resourcing for any program level activities (i.e. eCOA design for pandemic preparedness)
• Develop TA design standards with regards to terminology, functionality and reporting and ensure that these standards are, as far as is practicable, applied to all relevant studies, regardless of the vendor selected. Collaborate with Senior Leadership within ACTT to ensure standards and design development is included in related vendor governance.
• Complete periodic meeting review with the ACTT team, your team and vendors to review design implementation and success
• Help manage strategies, plans, and documentation for training study teams on ACTT solution implementation/TA designs and personally conduct trainings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in an IT, technical or life science discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience in clinical development with profound knowledge of how ACTT solutions and used and implemented in the clinical trial industry.
• Direct experience leading the development, oversight and decommissioning of ACTT systems within a sponsor environment including writing/reviewing ACTT specifications, and preparing for and conducting of User Acceptance Testing
• A working understanding of both Clinical Operations/Project Management and a good grounding in relevant IT concepts
