We have offices in New York, Los Angeles, Milwaukee, London, and Gurgaon. This role is based out of our NYC office. We are a hybrid organization; you will work from our office and have the flexibility to work at home. 

About the role:

Our Marketing Manager role is responsible for flawless, day-to-day program implementation of TMB’s custom products for our partners. This includes implementing process, communicating with partners/clients, key internal stakeholders and various production/development teams to ensure custom campaigns are implemented with excellence. 

In this role, you will be focused on native content, high impact digital media, and social campaigns, as well as support the Activation team on larger scale projects such as custom video, influencers and various events. This role reports to the Director of Marketing, Activation.

Budgeted Salary: 

$50,000-60,000
About you: 

You are process-centric at every turn of your approach and can express your point of view through both written and verbal presentations. You are a roll up their sleeves person who can manage multiple partner efforts. You are passionate about content across mediums and categories ranging from entertainment and pets to food and home (and more!)

You will:

  • Thoughtful implementation of TMB’s custom content campaigns in support of the sales organization’s revenue goals
  • Liaise with key stakeholders on a day-to-day basis to deliver best-in-class custom content products for TMB partner programs, including:
    • Timeline and project management
    • Lead partner kick-off calls for key ad products including: native content, social campaigns, high impact media and certain custom video products
    • Work closely with the Director of Activation and Account Managers to support custom digital activations
    • Work with freelance writers and producers to develop native content across key categories such as food, retail, home and health/pharma
  • Support Activation management team in their day-to-day duties
  • Eager to identify opportunities to drive value and efficiencies in process and the TMB marketing activation product 
  • Owner of key ongoing projects
    • Monthly Promo Pages
    • Activation and Budget Trackers
    • Marketing Intranet
    • Industry and category intelligence

You have: 

  • Experience in custom content implementation across all media channels, especially native content, custom digital ad products and ideally video production
  • Effective communicator who is adept at communicating with partners as well as internal team members with superior organizational and communication skills
  • Must be able to work in a cross-functional role within a fast-paced environment while simultaneously managing multiple projects

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with a proven track-record of managing quality produced partner custom programs at various levels of activation
  • Experience working with content producers (digital, print, ideally video) 
  • Stellar project management skills inclusive of managing and meeting deadlines
