Marketing Manager:
We are very excited to commence the search for anexperienced Marketing Manager to join our US team to support on our marketingstrategy for New York, Chicago and the growth to new cities in the US. Thisrole will report into our Marketing Director with responsibility for local andbrand marketing, identifying and producing marketing initiatives alongsidesupporting the digital marketing across all relevant channels and will owntracking and reporting.

Primary Responsibilities:
· Embedding the Hawksmoor SteakHouse brand and ethics into the dining scene, with the ambition to establishthis new steak house as a respected long-term cornerstone of the restaurantculture.
· Identify and own the customerrelationships through quietly confident marketing campaigns, targetingcorporates, discerning steak diners, domestic and international tourists, mediaand food critics, families, brunchers and contemporary steak lovers.
· Working closely with the USMarketing Director to lead all brand and marketing initiatives including themarketing of the menu, sourcing, provenance, seasonality, restaurant design,people personalities/staff members through to cocktails, bar, drinks, privatedining and local brand story telling on social media.
· Effectively analyze requestsusing critical-thinking skills and solution-oriented approach, exercise goodjudgement, and refine complex topics into concise summaries
· Curating PR and marketingoffsite and in venue events, press tastings, experiences, showcases for brandvisibility
· Coordinating all PR activity as well as monitoring the impact of digitalmarketing activity. Reviewing KPIs on a weekly basis, creating monthly reportsfor the US/UK as well as researching and analyzing local competitor marketdata.
Key Competencies /Qualifications:
· Experience as Marketing Managerwithin a premium hospitality group
· Ability to utilize traditionalsoftware programs such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, andPowerPoint), Micros, Asana, ADP, and any additional systems as needed.
· Demonstrate positive leadershipcharacteristics, which inspire team members to meet and exceed standards
· Communicates information effectively and efficiently
