The Marketing Manager provides marketing and advertising support for the brokerage and the real estate advisors (agents and broker) to promote the brand and themselves.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Marketing Manager to join our growing firm, Engel & Völkers (in Brooklyn and on the North Fork). A successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the marketing and advertising for real estate advisors, development and execution of marketing campaigns, as well as day-to-today marketing support to assist advisors with promoting their personal brand to garner new customers and generate more overall revenue. The ideal candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with other team members.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Marketing Manager
Employee shall provide marketing and advertising services as outlined below:
- design, production and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads, exposes, direct mail campaigns, email blasts, and press releases
- design, production and maintenance of all ads, content, posts, videos, newsletters, and, like Google ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Rezora, Adwerx and others as defined my team advisors
- design, production and maintenance of websites to keep content current, as requested
- track and analyze results of all marketing efforts and recommend marketing strategies to achieve desired results
- coordinate/manage and prepare material as needed for speaking engagements, special events, community outreach activities, and trade show exhibitions
- stay informed and share information about marketing trends and industry changes to assist in maintaining brokerage competitiveness
- other tasks in support of real estate advisors as requested by Broker and LP
Employee shall ensure work, activity, production and services are Engel & Völkers brand compliant.
Qualifications and Skill:
The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and very dynamic team player with effective written and graphic communication skills. Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
The following skills and qualifications are preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing/business, communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in real estate marketing either supporting a team or brokerage.
- Strong attention to detail; ability to work without supervision.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail, Etc.)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-started with attention to detail and ability to problem-solve.
- Real Estate license not required.
