This position is based in Trepp's NYC office which operates on a hybrid work schedule.

Trepp is seeking a marketing professional with 5 years of B2B experience who would love the opportunity to work at an industry-leading firm with a renowned marketing operation. Big plus if you have Commercial Real Estate (CRE) background!

What you'll be doing at Trepp:

• Working with internal research, product, and sales teams, as well as external contractors to deliver measurable campaign results across content creation, engagement, customer acquisition, and retention
• Creating and managing integrated marketing campaign assets
• Managing website and sales enablement content
• Driving new leads, client and prospect engagement, and sales opportunities via thought leadership content, digital marketing channel management, account-based marketing
• Managing partnership co-marketing programs and product launches

What you should know:

• Demand generation best practices with experience building and strengthening successful marketing infrastructures and analytics processes
• Ability to synthesize complex solutions into effective and compelling marketing content
• Campaign marketing and creative thinking with a focus on outreach, analytics, and revenue generation
• Hands-on knowledge of marketing technologies (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo)
• Social media management: Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with paid digital marketing channels
• Knowledge of market research practices and techniques
• *Big plus if you have experience in podcast strategy, management, audio production, or advertising*

What your background and skills should look like:

• 5 years' experience in B2B marketing
• BA/BS required in fields such as Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or business-related majors
• High proficiency in written and verbal communications
• Comfortable with technology and technical subject matter
• Excellent project management skills
• Experience leading B2B marketing and/or willingness to learn commercial real estate market and financial concepts

Salary Range:

• Base salary starting from $100k plus bonus eligible

Workplace Policy:

NYC, PA, and London office-based positions: Trepp's offices follows a 3-2 hybrid-working policy with the expectation of in-office work on Tuesday-Thursday and the option to work from home on Monday and Friday.
