- Provide the appropriate level of service to existing customers with a focus on retaining/expanding existing business relationships.
- Understand the activity, business and needs of the customer, provide sound information and advice for them.
- Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders to provide full cycle customer support.
- Account Set Ups
o Coordinate with Ops, Accounting, Supply, Dispatch, Third party logistics
- Account Onboarding
- Bid Prep/Support
- Contract Support (Legal back and forth, redlines)
- Daily Invoicing
- Daily Margin Report review-
- Customer Level Reporting
o Contract Management
o Accruals
- Customer Triage
- Order Placement, if required
- Daily Spot Pricing Report
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong mathematical skills
- Experience in ERP systems
- Conduct business reviews with customers
- Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders
- Self-starter ability
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong customer relationship building skills, ability to build trust and rapport, must be able to build long term relationships at senior levels within the customer organization
- Understanding of the national and local landscape, must be well versed on current events and industry news.
- Strong presentation skills
- Three to five years sales and customer service experience
