In order to continue meeting our client’s sales and performance expectations, we are hiring a full-time Entry Level Customer Service Associate to join our growing sales team immediately.

The main objective of the Entry Level Customer Service Associate is to communicate our clients new products, services, and wireless solutions with new and existing customers. This is a front-facing position, so the Entry Level Customer Service Representative will act as a direct point of contact for our clientele. As the Entry Level Customer Service Associate, you will also coach and develop other team members to meet sales goals and turn out a top-notch customer experience every day. Entry Level Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Informing customers of the various products and services offered through our company to be able to fully maximize each account and meet their exact needs
• Managing multiple accounts with various service options and processing the sale and order for each one
• Acquiring new consumers and territories by using designated research and the proper sales techniques
• Providing immediate and attentive customer service on a direct hands-on level to troubleshoot any issues in real time, while also performing upgrades and adjustments to increase revenue
• Initiating different and innovative sales and marketing strategies to provide a new perspective on the program and the benefits we provide
• Shadowing senior sales consultants to learn the training process and prepare to eventually take on more responsibilities

Entry Level Customer Service Associate Requirements:

• 1 year of professional work experience preferred but not required
• A genuine interest in growing in the sales, marketing, advertising and business development industry
• A natural leader with previous leadership experience
• Excellent verbal communication skills and public speaking skills
• Time management skills to ensure punctuality
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team
• Comfortability building professional business relationships
• A passion for helping consumers

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $750.00 per week

Compensation package:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
