Our company is looking for a full-time potential employee who will provide customer service and customer support to our community driven clients. This position will initiate customer interactions with the goal of generating revenue on behalf of our client in the local area. It is imperative that the Customer Service Associate ensure a high standard of quality assurance and customer satisfaction. We understand that originality and innovation are two essential components to taking our clients fundraising to the next level. Someone in this profession would have to think outside of the box to bring innovative ideas to the table on a daily and weekly basis.

Customer Service Associate Responsibilities:

• Understand all of our charity partners initiatives, goals and campaigns in the local area
• Facilitate revenue generating customer interactions on behalf of our client
• Maintain a positive representation of the both our company and our clients at all times
• Provide information to market strategy by identifying key areas of opportunity within the community
• Creating a positive, fun, and motivating environment to enhance employee performance and customer satisfaction
• Interact with customers daily to inform them of our non-profit partners initiatives
• Ensure and provide quality service to external customers
• Communicate confidently with the internal team and account managers to facilitate new campaign discussions and communicate business messages

Customer Service Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team members
• Strong relationship-building skills with customer and clients
• Experience in any customer service, hospitality or retail environment preferred but not required
• Self-motivated and a good student mentality

The Customer Service Associate position will:

• Be required to travel locally
• Involve standing for long periods of time
• Be interacting directly with customers and community members
• Facilitate sales to meet fundraising goals
• Pay based on personal performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $700.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Shift:

• Day shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
