As an Entry Level Associate, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and fostering positive interactions to drive customer acquisition success.
Entry Level Associate Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, sales, and operations to ensure seamless campaign execution
• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, preferences, and challenges
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction during the sales process
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, customer databases, and campaign reports
• Troubleshoot issues, identify solutions and liaise with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions
• Take the time to collaborate with other office departments and fellow Entry Level Associates to build more sales, customer service, and product knowledge
• Identify opportunities for additional services and cross-selling that align with clients' needs and objectives

Entry Level Associate Qualifications: 

• Proven experience in customer relations, account management, sales, retail, marketing, or a similar role
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset
• Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and evolving environment
• A passion for customer satisfaction and a genuine interest in helping clients succeed
