Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving impactful channel and alliance strategies and maximizing programs potential with partners? We're seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead our collaborative ventures, crafting and executing high-impact strategies within our partner ecosystem. Your role will center on creating engaging co-marketing campaigns, optimizing Marketing Development Funds (MDF), driving demand generation, and delivering compelling collateral for partner sales teams.
Your expertise will be pivotal in aligning our partner marketing strategies with overall business objectives, fostering joint planning approaches with partners, and collaborating cross-functionally for campaign alignment. You will be amplifying our market presence and demand generation. You meticulously track leads, opportunities, performance metrics and deliver actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
•Develop and execute a comprehensive partner marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives, ensuring our work has high-impact.
•Understand partners' needs - identify opportunities for growth and new business, creating innovative approaches.
•Work closely with partners, fostering a disciplined joint marketing planning approach, to define joint marketing plans, aligning Trintech ecosystem with partner business objectives.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align partner marketing strategies with launches, campaigns, and key initiatives. Support the creation of meaningful pipeline.
•Ensure programs are measurable and analyzed, and include lead and opportunity business forecasting.
MDF Management and Allocation:
•Optimize MDF allocations across partners' marketing plans and programs for maximum impact and ROI, driving demand generation and ROI.
•Manage MDF programs for eligible partners, ensuring efficient use of MDF for maximum impact, including utilization tracking, and ROI measurement.
Co-Marketing Campaigns:
•Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of co-marketing campaigns and events with partners.
•Create strategic narratives and integrated marketing activities with our top partners, including campaigns, digital activities, live events, and other programs.
Collateral Development:
•Oversee the creation of partner-specific collateral, including presentations, datasheets, case studies, battle cards, top-x reasons to sell, and other sales enablement materials.
•Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines, messaging, and resonates with our target audiences.
Enablement and Training:
•Provide guidance, training, and resources to partner sales and marketing teams to effectively leverage provided collateral and execute marketing strategies.
•Appropriately communicate brand messages, product messages and positioning.
•Provide marketing support to regular workshops or webinars to educate partners' sales and marketing teams on Trintech products, markets and targets.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
•Continually analyze and track program success through regular pipeline and opportunity tracking. Track the leads generated by partners, track the conversions of leads to opportunities and to wins.
•Utilize key metrics and reports to track and analyze partner engagement.
•Establish metrics & KPIs to measure the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, aligned with Trintech goals and objectives, maintain marketing scorecards, MBRs & QBRs to track and report performance to stakeholders.
•Generate comprehensive reports on the impact of MDF investments and co-marketing campaigns.
•Develop recommendations to drive improvement.
Relationship Management:
•Cultivate and maintain strong trust-based relationships with key partners, fostering collaboration and joint success. Be a trusted advisor for all matters related to Marketing.
•Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and partner organizations, ensuring alignment and shared objectives.
Budget Management:
•Responsible for budget & planning management, forecasting and reporting.
•Manage budget; Recommend course corrections, ensure effective campaign interlock, and balance campaign spending based on market dynamics and campaign effectiveness.
Continuous Improvement:
•Stay updated on industry trends, partner marketing best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance partner marketing strategies.
•Research industry best practices for best-in-class partner programs.
Experience
•Bachelor's degree in business or technology. Master's degree a plus
•5 years of recent experience in B2B channel partner marketing, in the technology industry
•Prior owner of marketing relationship with large partners (VARs, SIs, Distributors, etc.), resulting in annual joint marketing plans connected to lead creation
•Proven track record in partner campaign planning, collateral development, partner marketing initiatives execution, MDF management, and results tracking
•Demonstrated understanding of B2B campaign measurement and reporting

Technical Skills
•Good familiarity with SFDC and Marketo (or similar CRM and Marketing Automation systems)
•Advanced capabilities in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
