Job Description

  • Product Marketing managers; Willing to share knowledge with the team and train/mentor.
  • Prepare weekly reports for top opportunities, wins, losses, help needed.
  • Consolidate and review monthly revenue forecast from marketing managers, understand driving factors for each market segment, key customer.
  • Lead virtualization strategy and work with digital marketing team to coordinate all web-based marketing efforts.
  • Coordinate with channel management orgs and lead channel marketing strategy.
  • Work with marketing team to ensure validity of opportunity funnel, ultimately achieve funnel growth and design-win targets.
  • Support marketing team to Sales and FAEs in product promotion and business development activities.
  • Establish and nurture trusting and productive relationships with key technical and procurement stakeholders in the infrastructure customer base.
  • Communicate effectively with management to report critical technical or business issues.
  • Understand market and customer requirements and work with System Architects to define product requirements and improve product roadmaps.
  • Identify market opportunities and collaborate with Marketing team, Business Unit Management, and Sales to exploit these opportunities.
  • Research and monitor competition, market dynamics and design windows, and provide recommendations on required responses and/or actions.

Qualifications

  • BSEE or related fields with 10 years of experience in business development, field applications engineering, marketing or related roles or 5 years of people management. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in distribution or channel management.
  • Understanding of power management applications and products.
  • Experience in automotive, industrial automation, building automation or infrastructure markets.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and go-getter attitude.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills. Ability to present complex concepts in a clear, concise and effective way.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively with teams located in multiple offices around the world.
  • Ability to collaborate and be effective in a fast-paced environment.
  • Track record of successfully launching products, generating design-wins and ultimately driving revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Willing to build a strong team and motivate individuals to work out of their comfort zone.
  • Self-driven, strongly motivated individual capable to take full ownership of their activities, and to involve other functions in the company or management when needed to bring them to a successful outcome.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills and comfort in presenting to a wide range of audiences. Capable to communicate issues in a concise and effective way.
  • Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Can deliver results and keep up with the pace of the modern electronics industry.
  • Domestic and international travel may be required, up to 25%.
