WHO we’re looking for:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will be responsible for leading the Marketing strategy and execution for New Computing and Mobile Experiences (NCME) products. You will need to understand each business quickly, the channels in which they operate, and quickly navigate the strategic landscape to provide advice, counsel and action plans to drive sales. You will be responsible for establishing common processes for developing new marketing programs, creating integrated channel marketing programs/campaigns driving the growth of the mobile product portfolio including Tablets, Wrist Wearables and True Wireless Sound products. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing on a specified Carrier Account Team.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and delivery of go-to-marketcampaigns that connects all of our mobile category products and aligns to Carrier's priorities.
- Workswith Carrier and internal marketing teams to develop and customize integratedmarketing campaigns to support product launches as well as life cyclemanagement activities for NCME products.
- Identifygrowth opportunities within customer specific channels such as Company OwnedRetail, Dealer, partner dot.com and develop programs to grow marketshare.
- Collaboratewith Channel Marketing Strategy & Ops, Business Planning, Strategy andAnalytics, Product Management and Sales Account Teams to drive revenue.
- Leadand execute internal and external meetings & workshops as needed.
- Manageday-to-day marketing operations for the account team.
- Ownannual marketing calendar and quarterly marketing program decks with inputsfrom other team members.
Required Experience and Education:
- 8 years of work experience (mobile or CPG industry preferred)
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or business-related field - (MBA preferred).
- Strongunderstanding of traditional and digital marketing and the principles ofdriving audience relevance but ultimately the need to drive sales.
- Behavioral& Leadership Competencies.
- Business Acumen
- Marketing Strategy, GTM and Marketing Launch experience.
- Strong Project Management experience.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
