About the Internship Program:
Team Trilogy is seeking a Human Resources / Business Administration student who is looking to apply their educational knowledge and expand their expertise in various areas Human Resources and Business Administration.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll apply the foundational principals acquired in your education to our Human Resources, Talent Acquisition and Operations/Management departments. You'll learn new HR practices, technology products, tools, and software used in the market today, and collaborate with our HR, Recruitment, and Marketing experts on a daily basis. You'll also be paired with a mentor who will tailor your experience to your interests to maximize your learning experience as an intern.
As part of our internship curriculum, we provide opportunities for each intern to interact with other organizations within Trilogy and participate in team building activities with fellow interns and mentors.
At the end of the program, each intern will give a brief presentation to our executive team summarizing their accomplishments and key takeaways achieved while working for Trilogy.
Our goal is to help you determine your desired career path by building a roadmap that leads you to a long, rewarding and challenging career, and our commitment is to help you identify your strengths, improve your weaknesses, and ultimately obtain valuable skills to jump-start your HR, Recruiting and/or Marketing career.
