Job Summary:

Trilogy Innovations is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Agile Project Manager to provide remote support to our federal customer based in Cape May, NJ. This role presents an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of our expanding team, contributing to our initiative to develop a comprehensive digital twin for our esteemed Department of Defense (DOD) client. 

The primary focus of this project will be the development of digital twins for key systems including propulsion, electrical, and auxiliary systems. These digital replicas will serve critical functions such as Condition Based Maintenance (CBM), operator guidance, and engineering change planning for system performance and optimization.

As an Agile Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating project activities, fostering collaboration among cross-functional teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of project objectives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Agile methodologies, project management best practices, and a demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring the successful implementation of digital twin solutions across various industries. Possesses a strong background in project management, with experience in agile methodologies, stakeholder management, and technical project delivery. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, allocate resources, mitigate risks, and drive continuous improvement to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital twin implementations, considering scope, budget, and resource constraints.
  • Stakeholder Management: Identify project stakeholders and establish effective communication channels to ensure alignment of project goals and expectations.
  • Resource Allocation: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate team members, equipment, and other resources required for project execution, and optimize resource utilization throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery, and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
  • Budget Management: Monitor project budget and expenses, track financial performance against planned expenditures, and implement cost-saving measures as needed.
  • Team Leadership: Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and external stakeholders, manage client expectations, and ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to project requirements, and implement quality assurance processes to validate and verify project outputs.
  • Change Management: Manage project scope changes, assess their impact on project objectives and timelines, and communicate changes effectively to stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization, and implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance project delivery efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in project management, engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • Proven experience (5 years) in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, with experience in agile/scrum practices and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Agile).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams, including software developers, engineers, data scientists, and other technical specialists.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including Microsoft Project, Asana, or similar tools.
  • Experience in the implementation of digital twin projects or IoT solutions is a plus.
  • A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to delivering high-quality projects that meet or exceed customer expectations.
