Overview

Sant Cugat del Vallès in Barcelona is our headquarters and Berry's Centre of Excellence and Innovation Hub. Which is specified as the role location. We welcome applicants from within Europe and the role has the flexibility to be based in any European country.

This is a strategic project manager role, working on business transformation. Specializing in ERP projects and management of the ERP team including implementation of associated projects, managing its team members to provide effective and timely project implementation, driving continuous improvement to business processes and business results.

The role is hybrid and will be a mixture of work locations, which also includes working from home. The post requires 25% travel to other Berry sites, which will include overseas travel within Europe and globally.

1. Manage ERP functional team in conducting ERP conversions within deadlines.2. Manage ERP functional team for effective IT support.3. Effectively develop and mentor ERP team members.4. Focus on system process-improvements.2. Provide advanced knowledge of business applications.3. Evaluate and makes recommendations on new software/processes4. Direct preparation of required documentation.5. Effectively serve as Project Lead on special projects.6. Direct programmers on development needs.7. Ability to travel to other Berry locations.
