About You

As a Business Development Representative, your job is to identify, open, and advance new sales opportunities. Sure, you have all the table-stakes skills (independent, growth mindset, creative, to name a few!) but just as importantly, you’re an avid learner, a collaborative team player, and self-motivated to capitalize on unlimited earning potential.

You’ll work with current customers, reconnect with lost or dormant ones, and help find new companies that our team of print management experts can meet with to help solve their IT business problems.

What You’ll Get To Do

- Drive net new revenue opportunities by prospecting into accounts, re-establishing contact with lost/dormant past users, and responding to/following up on leads

- Book meetings and generate a pipeline for Senior Sales staff

- Work with Marketing to improve the data integrity of the leads and contacts database

- Assist with the Business Development team to build out channel sales strategy

Compensation Range

The compensation range for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 and includes a base salary and a variable commission bonus structure.

Skills & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree, concentration in business and/or marketing preferred

- Experience in an activity-centric and/or quota-carrying sales environment, with a proven track record of attainment preferred

- Ability to receive, process, and take direction independently, while being a team player

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong PC skills, including (but not limited to) working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

- Active LinkedIn presence and the creativity to stand out in a digital world
