Transiris Corporation is Hiring an Enterprise Sales Director Near Las Vegas, NV

Enterprise Sales Director

We are currently seeking a passionate and accomplished full-time Enterprise Sales Director to take ownership of developing and maintaining client relationships, managing the pipeline, and driving revenue growth for our rapidly expanding global organization. 

The Enterprise Sales Director at Transiris will be responsible for prospecting, facilitating customer communication, negotiating, and maintaining a strong track record of closing deals with senior-level executives of global corporations. In addition, they will be confident in selling enterprise technology-based solutions across multiple verticals and will take the initiative to become an integral player in the growth and success of Transiris.

This is a fully remote role in California, Las Vegas, Ohio or New York.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or related field, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of direct sales experience, ideally in the B2B services and/or IT services industry—particularly in sales management
  • Excellent written and oral/presentation skills; strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical clients across organizational levels
  • Ability to develop and conduct effective presentations with contract decision makers
  • Ability to confidently present and articulate the value of products and services
  • Proven ability to prospect and manage C-level and senior level relationships
  • Strong communication skills and ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • A strong level of English; additional languages are a bonus
  • Ability to travel roughly 25% as needed throughout Europe and North America
  • Possess and express willingness to roll up their sleeves and do what it takes to get the job done
  • Highly motivated and driven to continuously exceed sales quotas and improve sales processes
  • Prior experience managing a sales team preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing, campaign management, marketing operations a plus
  • Strong existing network preferred

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain a large network of clients
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing of national and international deals
  • Maintain innovative company culture and represent Transiris in a professional manner
  • Establish relationships with new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Attend and generate new leads at company events and business partner conferences
  • Assist executives with identifying business opportunities and providing targeted solutions
  • Organize conference calls/meetings; conduct presentations to educate and attract prospective clients
  • Confidently present and articulate the value of Transiris´ products and services
  • Strategically plan sales tasks and regularly report status of accounts and growth figures
  • Manage forecast accuracy on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis
  • Follow-up with key stakeholders to renew or extend projects as needed
  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams on multiple projects
  • Act as the point of contact for value pricing, propositions, marketing, and product development
  • Develop and implement sales strategies that ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth
  • Consistently exceed quarterly sales quotas and personal targets

This is a full-time position with a competitive base salary plus generous commission; salary is negotiable and dependent upon prior experience
