Location: Columbus, Ohio
Position Type: 4–12 month contract
Position Terms: Manager only wants candidates from within 30 miles of downtown Columbus. Must work onsite full time (potential remote work after 30 days)

Provide updates on OnBase Status by attending various meetings for Case Management System. Learns OnBase Case Management System and guide Executive Director to make high level decisions Learn and understand OnBase to assist executive Director on providing information on each type of cases status.
Manage Executive Director’s Calendar and at times speaks on Director’s behalf. Assistant independently formulates decisions &/or judgments involving non-legal interpretation of policies & procedures as they would apply to given situation to resolve problems, to prepare correspondence &/or reports or to carry out other assignments.
Under general supervision, maintains & updates the regional office case processing database.
Enters case file information into the database (e.g., closure dates, routing information, case recommendations).
Assists with routing cases & processing charges (e.g., walk-in, mail-in, online);
Assists with preparing & submitting cases to Central Office for the Commissioner Agenda & the Confirmation Agenda.
SKILLS:
Learns OnBase Case Management System, Required
Knowledge of Onbase Software case management system, or similar case management software.
