**Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for culinary arts and the ability to create delicious and visually appealing dishes. As a Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food production.

**Duties:**

- Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities

- Create innovative menus and recipes

- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations

- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate kitchen operations

- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

- Oversee food presentation and maintain high standards of quality

- Collaborate with management to develop seasonal offerings and special event menus

**Experience:**

- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Experience in catering, inventory control, bartending, culinary arts, food production, shift management, hospitality, supervising, food preparation, and kitchen management

- Excellent communication and leadership skills

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Culinary degree or certification is a plus
