TopView Sightseeing is Hiring a Sales Manager Near New York, NY

As a Sales Manager for New York City you will manage the Sales Coordinators and support the field sales agents. In this position you will also be responsible to build an effective strategy for New York City to improve sales along with discovering additional field locations to sell TopView products.

TopView Sightseeing, a well-established sightseeing company with over a decade of successful operations in New York City, is currently experiencing rapid growth on a global scale. Powered by in-house technology, TopView Sightseeing creates one-of-a-kind experiences for everyone around the world. Our rapidly growing portfolio of products provides a variety of popular adventures, including hop-on hop-off bus tours in NYC, special events such as Tea Around Town and North Pole Express, sightseeing and event cruises, bike rental and tours, walking tours, and Attraction Pass. We are also planning to expand to Paris, Washington DC, San Francisco, and many other exciting locations.

Our company culture thrives on fast pace, innovation, and productivity, catering to more than one million guests annually. As we experience this exceptional growth, we are seeking a dynamic and skilled sales professional to join our team as the Sales Manager for New York City.

Responsibilities and Duties for NYC

  • Own the recruitment, training, and development of all field sales teams and their respective supporting team members.
  • Responsible for meeting and exceeding the budgeted sales goals.
  • Time will be spent both inside the office and in the field developing sales strategies.
  • Manage multiple locations in NYC.
  • Report on sales activity to the head of the department.
  • Develop and revise pricing and commission structures to continuously optimize sales and net revenues.
  • Demonstrate the ability to manage projects to completion.
  • Create and analyze reports.
  • Manage and continuously optimize the development and delivery of training.
  • Perform all other duties as requested.

Qualifications and Skills

  • 8 years in Sales Team Management in a role leading a large team.
  • Field sales experience is a plus.
  • Gorilla marketing experience is a plus.
  • High energy and positive attitude.
  • Strong data analysis skill-set.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear and straight-forward manner.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make independent decisions.
  • Flexible schedule - must be available on holidays and weekends.
  • Intermediate ability to use Google Drive, docs, sheets, slides and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to travel internationally.
  • Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Manage time and priorities effectively.
  • Present ideas and recommendations in a professional, organized and logical manner.

Job Type: Full-time

  • Pay: $125,000 - $150,000 per year plus commission up to $190,000 per year potential.
