Responsibilities
The Sales Manager will:
- Negotiate and manage local contracts for facilities and services
- Work with Partners and HR to promote recruiting of new Brokers and employees in all areas
- Serve as a point of escalation for Broker and employee issues
- Report back to the partners on branch performance and outstanding issues
- Design and deliver processes for the smooth operation of the branch
- Experience leading a function or department with big personalities and significant demands
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Strong emotional intelligence and empathy for colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail
- Demonstrates initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of the broking and trading industry
