Job Summary
The systems engineer will be responsible for system configuration, issue triage, and ongoing maintenance of the Together Credit Union’s Loan Origination and Digital Systems. This position works closely with business and technology partners to develop and execute strategies to support loan origination and execution goals.

The systems engineer will be responsible for system configuration, issue triage, and ongoing maintenance of the Together Credit Union’s Loan Origination and Digital Systems. This position works closely with business and technology partners to develop and execute strategies to support loan origination and execution goals.

- Maintains relationships with vendors, partner teams, and enterprise customers.
- Reviews the status of projects and issues with project leadership.
- Develops new processes and procedures to meet current challenges.
- Works independently to analyze and resolve system related problems.
- Assists system support on senior level technical issues with data or analytics.
- Participates in developing documentation and participates in trainings and work with end users.
- Provides end-user production support for issues entered into issue tracking systems.
- Assists departments in identifying problems and providing alternative and innovative solutions.
- Drives resolution of major issues affecting assigned programs.
- Gathers requirements and helps design the most accurate and efficient solution possible.
- Participates in the change control process and documents appropriately.
- Creates reports and writes queries in support of business teams.
- Maintains responsibility for independent development and configuration of an assigned application.
- Designs solutions for applications and prepares the appropriate documentation.
- Plans and coordinates downtime, change management, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Works collaboratively with sales, product, vendor, and technical teams to configure platform.
- Reviews system/software documentation from product development teams, such as release notes, system requirements, system design specifications, technical and functional system design, configuration control requirements, etc. to understand and stay current on systems changes.
- Helps maintain application infrastructure provider (AIP), Operation Data Storage, Optimal Blue, and Wolters Kluwer
- Assists users with access issues including password resets and single sign on setup.
- Provides assistance with ongoing system upgrades and customizations to support Real Estate goals.
- Assists with building process flow to effectively manage business requests.
Required Qualifications
An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered.
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 3 years of related professional experience.
- Bachelor’s or graduate’s degree in business, computer science, information sciences or information technology or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Sharepoint; SQL, JAVA, SQL Server preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSA’s)
A representation of the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this job competently.
- Familiar with business process analysis and frameworks.
- Comfortable working with enterprise resource planning and unit testing.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. ·
- Understanding of mortgage, banking, and financial services industries and products.
- Robust verbal and oral communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to quickly adapt to changing priorities

Environmental or atmospheric conditions commonly associated with the performance of this job’s functions.
- Remote work environment with the utilization of on-line technology, including various computer programs and systems
