Job Description

Our Client Coordinator serves as the "tires" of our organization. If our car does not have tires, we can't roll anywhere. They are out front managing the day-to-day operational tasks in order to ensure that our customers have the best experience possible and help ensure that our Hair Technicians seamless days where they can put their best foot forward, after all, our Hair Technicians are the engine that moves the machine.

Job Duties

  • Client-Related
  • Communicates with customers by phone, text, and email daily
  • Schedules, modifies, and cancels client appointments
  • Generates and distributes bi-weekly reports for our staff
  • Manages the salon utility services
  • Places orders for supplies and back bar products and tools
  • Logs incoming inventory
  • Performs weekly inventory updates
  • Clean and Maintain front area, hallways and Bathroom
  • Review and manage mail
  • Count Cash Drawer
  • Daily Bank Deposits
  • Check Clients out
  • Upsale (have to have product knowledge)
  • Attend Monthly Meetings
  • Team Meeting note taker

Qualifications

  • Strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Dependable
  • A strong sense of fashion
  • Ability to follow prescribed processes and assist others in doing the same
  • Ability to understand workflow dependencies across numerous integrated services containing multiple work streams or projects
  • Have the demonstrated proactive ability to team with and motivate others, and willingness to develop meaningful and influential relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A bachelor's degree or 2-4 years of experience with a client relationship based company
  • We are looking for individuals that are proactive and self-motivated who have a willingness to learn new skills and approaches to challenges that our clients are facing in today's climate
  • You will need to be an analytical thinker and problem solver who has the ability to come up with innovative solutions
