We are seeking an Optometric Assistant - Full Time Or Part Time to become a part of our team! We are a private practice in the San Jose Evergreen area. We are willing to train the right candidate who has the right attitude, friendly, and has an outgoing personality with good people skills.

Must be able to work on Saturdays and speak some Vietnamese.

Salary is based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Handle front and back office administrative duties.
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff.
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Appointment scheduling and billing.
• Assist with eyeglass frame selection, sales, and dispensing.

• Previous experience in healthcare or related fields is helpful
• Familiarity with medical billing procedures is helpful
• Strong organizational skills
• Vietnamese speaking preferred
