We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead the recruiting function nationally, including attraction, sourcing, selection, and process improvement.

The Talent Acquisition Manager will build, coach and manage a talent acquisition team of 7 high-volume Recruiters and a Recruiting Team Lead, while owning senior-level requisitions directly.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities of the Talent Acquisition Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand current and future workforce needs to create and implement Talent Acquisition plans to meet and exceed hiring goals
  • Responsible for attracting, sourcing, interviewing and selecting hourly candidates through team of recruiters and professional candidates directly
  • Analyze team metrics, set expectations driven by data, and coach to the highest standards
  • Ensure the team is providing an excellent candidate experience at every stage in the process
  • Contribute to creating and improving the talent acquisition process
  • Lead and ensure recruiters’ compliance with recruiting and hiring procedures
  • Ensure effective sourcing and advertising channels/campaigns for hourly and salaried hires
  • Promote a culture of open communication and collaboration with direct reports, Operations team, and human resources (HR) team
  • Work closely with internal marketing team to leverage candidate-facing communications, social media and videos to convey our culture and employee experience
  • Drive effective use of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment technology
  • Build a highly valued team of recruiters who partner effectively with others and bring proactive talent solutions that drive business results
  • Demonstrated ability to acquire industry knowledge and competitive market data
  • Participate in human resources (HR) special projects/task forces and complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Required Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Recruiting Team Leadership Experience: 2-5 years of experience with a proven track record of recruiting team excellence
  • Talent Acquisition experience: 5-7 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience and a track record of achieving expected results
  • Experience with high volume hourly recruiting
  • Advanced knowledge and use of Excel
  • Must lead with a high level of attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications of the Talent Acquisition Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree in management, human resources or related field
  • Experience in a Labor Union environment preferred
  • Experience with diverse employee populations preferred
  • iCIMS experience preferred
