The receptionist will greet, assist, and provide direction and information to clients, visitors, and other guests for multiple corporations. Additional responsibilities include monitoring voicemails and emails and responding to general inquiries. Must have reliable transportation to make weekly bank deposits.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each persons visit and directs or escorts him or her to the appropriate location.
• Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages and schedules appointments.
• Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
• Performs administrative and clerical support tasks for accounts payable department.
• Maintains inventory for office and kitchen supplies and submits purchase orders.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google related software.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED.
