Description:

This person is crucial to the success of the business and operations. Front Desk is considered the face of the company and usually is the first point of contact on the phone or in person. It's essential that this person must be friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and have good customer relation skills. The front desk will need to have a general grasp of everything that goes on in the clinic, as well as the overall philosophy and workings of the company in order to properly answer patient questions and promote the business.

Summary of Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage sales and marketing channels & conversations
  • Answer calls, book appointments, intake patients
  • Cash outpatients after a visit
  • Place supplement/prescription orders
  • Respond to emails, social media posts & any other correspondence sent to the clinic
  • Communicate with patients about appointments, payments, etc.
  • Take care of all patient scheduling & communications
  • Stimulate Referrals & Testimonials
  • Support other staff as needed
  • Manage & create social media content
  • Perform other duties as assigned by owner or office manager
