Medical Receptionist. F/T position for a busy Dental Practice.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate must have a professional attitude and be an energetic individual. A strong customer service background is a must. Multitasking skills are required for this fast-paced environment. Being bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a plus. Must be friendly and always maintain a positive attitude, must be outgoing, people and goal-oriented, and again possess exceptional customer service and organizational skills.
Responsibilities include all front desk tasks e.g. Patients check-in, check-out, answer multiple phone lines, schedule appointments, computer skills, type messages, presentation of treatment plans and finance plans, perform follow-up and confirmation calls, and insurance verification. Interest in patient care is also a must and can lead to further clinical opportunities for a motivated individual.
