Merlin Law Group, P.A. is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join our team in Tampa, FL!

Position Overview: As a Receptionist at Merlin Law Group, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. Your role is critical in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks and assist in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer and route incoming calls promptly.
• Manage the firm's front desk, maintaining a clean and organized reception area.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room reservations.
• Assist attorneys and staff with administrative tasks, including photocopying, filing, and data entry.
• Sort and distribute mail and packages.
• Handle general inquiries and provide basic information about the firm's services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
• Punctuality and reliability.

This is an onsite position. Hours are Monday-Friday 10am-3pm.
