Job Duties:
- Greet clients, vendors, visitors, and great customers services.
- Answering multiple incoming phone calls from clients and route to case manager, attorneys and/or management.
- Processing incoming mail including medical records and legal documents.
- Writing and processing documents to be mailed out.
- Must be able to successfully multi-task.
Qualifications:
- Must be Bilingual (English - Spanish).
- Exemplary tenure with previous employers.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- The candidate must have 1-year of experience as a receptionist.
- Great customer service.
- Have excellent phone and people skills.
- Must have attention to detail and good time management.
- Must be a team player and work well with others.
- Must be professional at all times, work well under pressure, and be able to multitask.
- 1 week paid vacation after 6 months.
- 2 weeks paid vacation after one year.
- 3 weeks of paid vacation after two years.
- 6 paid personal/sick days per year.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
