Ligori & Ligori, Attorneys At Law is Hiring a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Department Team Leader Near Tampa, FL

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is actively seeking a talented Pre-Suit Department Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
Job Duties:
  • Train employees on the firm’s procedures as they pertain to handling files, demands, and proper checklists.
  • Review measurables and report findings to the leadership team during weekly manager’s meetings.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with the pre-demand team to ensure quality demands and cases are completed in a timely manner with high client satisfaction.
  • Partner with the administration to review case managers' quality of work, assigned cases, transferred cases, and recurring training.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resource Director to conduct employee check-ins, reviews, and employee-related issues.
  • Maintain regular communication with employees to address work quality problems and resolve concerns between employees in an effective and timely manner.
  • Prepare the department's end-of-the-month bonus reports.
  • Delegate training time to assistant pre-demand team members.
  • Manage personal caseload from demand through transfer to litigation according to weekly or monthly goals.
  • Draft supplemental demands, civil remedy notices, and audit settlement statements as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Prefer a candidate who has been working as a pre-suit personal injury case manager with at least 1 year of experience.
  • Must understand and have experience with handling PIP, UM, BI, and PD claims.
  • Must understand and prepare a case for demand.
  • Experienced Case Manager candidate for Post-Demand and distributions.
  • Great customer service, verbal, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with an ability to multitask in a team environment.
  • Bilingual is a plus, Spanish.

Salary & Benefits:
  • Includes base salary range of $60,000 - $70,000. (DOE) 
  • Plus potential bonuses of $250 -$750 per month, depending on monthly production.
  • 1-week vacation after six months of employment.
  • 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment.
  • 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
  • 6 federal holidays off per year.
  • 6 personal/sick days per year.
  • $50,000 life insurance policy paid by the firm.
  • Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
