Attorneys at Law - Ligori and Ligori, is Hiring a Personal Injury Pre-Suit Department Manager (FT) Near Tampa, FL

The Law Office of Ligori & Ligori is looking for a Full-Time Personal Injury Pre-Suit Department Manager with at least 2 years of Plaintiff's Personal Injury experience.
  • Includes base salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 plus you will be eligible to earn a bonus, pursuant to adequate completion of bonus requirements.
  • SIGNING BONUS - $3,000.00 - $500 is paid out monthly for six months.

Job Duties:
  • Manage production of Pre Suit department to meet production goals.
  • Delegate work, track progress and provide constructive feedback to staff/management.
  • Liaison between team members and upper management.
  • Settlement Statements: review upon receive and ensure quality control by following. checklists/procedures. Input, cut, and provide Iota checks to case managers for distributions (a minimum of 30 cases a month).
  • Update Prolaw status as required to ensure accurate prolaw reports.
  • Review lien cases and Matter Trust balance report with case managers.
  • Train Pre-Suit employees on the Firm’s procedures as it pertains to handling files.
  • Review Pre-Suit Checklist, including but not limited to MBO, and case notes.
  • Review all cases when ready for Demand phase.
  • Review and strategize on cases.
  • Training Case Checklist.
  • Provide direction and support to Pre-Demand employees.
  • Address and advise on any issues that need to be addressed.
  • Review Post-Demand Checklists, including but not limited to LCL, and Settlements.
  • Train Post-Demand employees on procedures as it relates to offers.
  • Manage the assignment of cases through the demand process.
  • Responsible for quality control of all presuit cases.
  • Drive firm values and goals through weekly meetings with presuit case managers.
  • Assist in addressing issues and obstacles presented to presuit case managers.
  • Assist presuit case managers in the execution of case strategy.
