Job Summary: The Medical Receptionist position provides the first and last in-person experience patients and visitors have with the medical practice. This role focuses on maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere while ensuring all required information is collected; including PHI and monetary collections. Upon completion of care, the Medical Receptionist facilitates continued care by scheduling referral appointments and return visits. In addition, the Medical Receptionist maintains the medical record by uploading all indicated documents to the patients' records.
